Here at interpreting Solutions 2UK, we pride ourselves in our long-standing track record in supporting students and have delivered support to hundreds of students, throughout the UK.

We cut our teeth in the educational sector, and continue to innovate and improve our service, with the aim to make every student's experience the best it can be.

How do we do this, by our value-added guarantee? We may be the agency providing the support, but we are also the gateway to a students independence and achievement, and we often work with students who are far from home and need help organising confidential non-academic support with: housing, benefits, legal and personal issues, and will work with our HEI partners to ensure the students are signposted to either, university funded support or statutory public services.

British Sign Language

is provided on a minimum 3hour basis, which must be detailed in the DSA2 award letter

Example:

1 hour sessions will be charged as 3 hour minimum

2 hour sessions will be charged as 3 hour minimum

3 hour sessions will be charged as 3 hour minimum

Sessions over the minimum charge rate are charged by the full hour, we do not charge for part hours

Example:

3.15 hours will be charged as 3 hours minimum + 1 additional hour

4.45 hours will be charged as 3 hour minimum + 2 additional Hours

This must be detailed as “Full Hours Charged Only” on the DSA2 award letter

Specialist Support Professionals

are provided on the following basis which must be detailed in the DSA2 award letter:

Remote – will be charged as a 1 hour minimum

Face to Face – will be charged as a 2 hour minimum
