I was surprised about how in depth the course was for level 1 and I thought it was actually really good doing the different topics so you can actually get by in a conversation and it was nice to learn your topics and other words that you threw in. It meant that any conversations weren’t completely robotic and limited to a small vocab!

I have recently been asked to do my level one training in BSL, as part of my job as a police officer, at Derbyshire police.

I have been really impressed with the way Esmail and his team has helped and supported me though this training.

They have always found the time to work around my shift and other life commitments and best of all they are some of the most friendly people I have met.

I will be looking to do my level 2 training as soon as I can and will be looking to do this with Esmail and his team.
